Alamo Square and North Panhandle neighbors question the benefit and fear the impact of the newly installed freeway-style standards on Oak and Fell near Divisadero.* To prep nearby residents for an upcoming North of the Panhandle Neighborhood Association (NOPNA) meeting on Sept. 17th, members of the Alamo Square Neighborhood Association (ASNA) and NOPA neighbors have begun distributing the informational flyer seen here.
